Imagine this scene, all because you took advantage of this 10 pack (1 pound per pack) of grass-fed ground beef:
Child 1: “What’s for dinner?” Meanwhile, dear spouse is rustling in the pantry, fishing out chips and cashews and chocolate. Child 2: ‘I’m starved!’ You (in a chill voice): ‘No worries, we’ll eat in 30 minutes’. …….as you suddenly remember your domestic duties (am I the only one?), race to the freezer, grab 2 (or 4) pounds of ground beef, stick ‘em in water for 10 minutes, fry ‘em up fast as lightening, dump some spaghetti sauce on top, boil a heap of noodles, roast some frozen broccoli with butter, garlic, and salt on top, and call out in a sing song voice: ‘Supper’s ready!’ You all happily eat together, pack lunches for the next day from the leftovers, and sleep easy with a satisfied belly.
psst: you could do the same thing with tacos, chili, and goulash. :-)
